BA1/H Stubbings Lane. I object to this planning proposal on the basis that the area forms part of an important wildlife corridor enabling animals such as deer to move between the wooded area of Walker Wood and Baildon Moor. This plan suggests the development of 5 new properties however an existing dwelling will have to be demolished in order to gain access to the site - this means only a net gain of 4 dwellings. In my opinion the increased traffic required for construction vehicles on local roads in order to gain access to build such a small number of houses is not justified.
