Elliott Street is extremely busy. Parking is already a problem. The grass/ground is used by parents and children for recreational purposes. This area is the gateway to Saltaire village and also near to Saltaire shopping area. The proposed dwellings are not in sync with the area. The existing Wycliffe flats are already a problem. Local residents of Elliott St have had numerous issues with residents of the flats. Saltaire is the jewel of Bradford and the proposed dwellings take the shine away from it and this is a travesty. If this goes ahead, I will pursue a "class action".
