I believe this development will take away the last remaining green space in our local area. It will cause dangerous amounts of traffic in close proximity to the local school and through to the local park endangering children. It will also cause overpopulation of the area which already has problems with crime and disturb the habitats of local animals including but not limited to bats, deer and various birds.

The homes which are planned are also being built on land which at one time was Cole mines and I believe previous surveys which were carried out pointed out thst building here would not be safe.
