This area of grassland is well used by the local community and as an area in which children play. The existence of an open space within an otherwise built up area is invaluable, especially during the recent Covid restrictions. I also have concerns regarding how safe vehicular access could be constructed to the site given the local topography and that the local streets already struggle to cope with the number of vehicles being parked in the area.
