This is a ridiculous plan. There is absolutely no infrastructure to support this in the local area. No school places, roads are already very busy. The noise, increased pollution, etc etc will really ruin the area for all existing residents.

The land is used by people in the flats who do not have gardens. To take this away would be a disgrace.
