This proposal is on a greenfield site - there must be brownfield sites that can be utilised instead of destroying the countryside.

Your own study shows that it will have a moderate impact. Again, this should not be a last resort and there’s no evidence that you’ve considered brownfield sites or stated the exceptional circumstances why you want to build houses within the green belt.

There are no local facilities which encourages driving, which in turn creates pollution. The nearest primary school is already full so where will the extra children be schooled - there isn’t even a high school close by.

It doesn’t make sense to build more houses at this location.
