Another good set of goals here, however, a little surprised to see that much of this is an ‘Evolving Context.’

Eager to understand intentions to attract new business/investment and solve the following:

• Short term
- Is there a business delivery team that has clear focus, with well-defined objectives?
- Immediate need to reskill a manufacturing workforce.
- Adopt/implement strategy to reverse decline in education standards. Current strategy is not working.
- Turn unviable brownfield into viable brownfield. Approach taken over last 15 years not working. Cannot be the basis of policy going forward.

• Medium term
- Set to change the course of the economy from manufacturing to a ‘greener’ and knowledge-based economy.

• Long term
- how you intend to stay ahead of the curve in employment terms.

Have made/presented a few suggestions, so perhaps you might indicate how Bradford Council is to address each of the above and measure success/failure?
