Due to the proximity to a Local Wildlife Site (LWS) which is also an area of Ancient Woodland and Priority Habitat, and the presence of a TPO protected woodland and a TPO protected tree onsite.
I feel this is reasoning on it’s own, this can of proposed site are being taken from local wildlife.
