There are two other parcels of land which I hope you may have noticed, which could improve the PROW network in the area, with Section 106 money from any development.
Stubbings road, West Lane, ( Footpath Baildon 43 ) runs at the rear. This could become multi user. as it links to Hardaker Lane, Shipley Glen tramway and the Glen and adjoins Walker Wood.
