There is very little green space in that area so recreational activities for youngsters would be gone. This has been so important, especially in the last year. I worry about how many more cars there will be on an already extremely busy road. Parking for Wycliffe School drops offs and pick ups are already a struggle so adding more housing would only increase that issue. I recommend rebuilding the flats using a better layout as there is a lot of space there that could be used to build more dwellings. Plus they are an eyesore on the way into a world heritage site.
