We have successfully argued against plans for 14 4/5 bedroom houses on this site with access through walker wood. This has now been withdrawn. There are many valid reasons, really bad access, flooding, trees and nature and and spoiling of the area through over population. There is no infrastructure in place to support the vast number of houses that you wish to build on our green sites.

The roads and access into and out of Baildon are insufficient to support the housing plan.
Your estimate is for 5 houses but builders are greedy and are planning for 3 times that number with 2-4 cars per household !!
