Representation Summary:

Ref: CO1/H
Proposed site fields currently provide absorbent grassland stemming surface water run-off.
In wet conditions, water pools near the eastern boundary of the proposed site.
Surface water drainage concerns - with 155 dwellings and associated hard surface how might water running quickly off this hard surface, exacerbated by slopes affect existing roads/properties/drainage systems?
Land lost for food production - cattle and sheep currently graze here.
Green belt land should be protected from development - isn't there scope to develop more brownfield sites in the Bradford area?
Addition of congestion to already heavily congested area. 155 dwellings proposed on the new development = additional 300 vehicles or more a day passing through Lysander Way will change the character of the existing estate.
Public green spaces proposed in previous plans for the site may attract fly tippers, troublemakers and littering.
Road safety concerns - extra traffic, narrow roads
