Branksome Drive & Grove were severely flood damaged in 2015. More houses & concrete would contribute to further overflow onto the flood plain.

300 - 400 extra cars from the extra housing would increase air pollution & traffic congestion. Problems relating to congestion from the Bingley bypass to Saltaire, Shipley Canal Rd have not yet been addressed.

It shows lack of concern to protect the green belt between Saltaire & Shipley. The brown sites should be priority for housing.

Access for construction traffic via the Grove or Drive is not acceptable. Already for bin collection, fire & ambulance services is compromised due to parked vehicles.
