There are five proposed developments in a small area off Woodside Estate, seeking to build circa 300 houses, if all of these developments are approved the impact for local residents will be very significant. I would ask that an impact assessment is done for the totality of the five developments as well as the existing individual developments. For example, what green space will be left for residents on Woodside Estate if all five developments go ahead? What is the impact on the character of the estate of 300 new houses?
