One thing the pandemic has taught us is the absolute necessity of green spaces for our mental health. We need preserve what we have. We need this for all who live locally and use this for our well-being.

We need opportunities for recreation which this area provides

Inevitably any housing development will bring in more cars - and the area is already highly polluted with significant traffic all day long on both sides of this space.
