I understand Ilkley has to have more houses and although this is in the green belt it has been developed in the past and can hardly be described as unspoilt, as it has previously been used when the railway went through to Skipton.
To be honest I can not understand why it has not been developed before and the size of the development proposed would not impact significnatly on Ilkley's infrastructure.
