We support this policy, if it sets up mechanisms for proper engagement with groups and organisations that hold skills and experience to help Bradford Council work better to achieving objectives, rather than doing this on their own.
Our experience of working together does not reflect the reality. This is not just about talking to achieve understanding but followed up by joint commitments to achieve common objectives.
Polices can be paper exercises that do not really mean much unless attitudes change to work better with groups such as ours.
