Bingley road already extremely busy everyone drives off bypass on to this road
Saltaire still real bottle neck . Very difficult getting out of Branksome more house
More traffic. Ruin green areas and add to flood risk already high area
Insurance companies reluctant to insure down here .. not to mention habitat
Birds, bats etc.
