I believe this site is unsuitable because: 1. This constitutes urban sprawl. 2. It is so far away from Ilkley and transport hubs that it is likely to increase private car use at a time of a climate and ecological emergency. 3. It is unnecessary because it would be possible to accommodate all of Ilkley's contribution of housing on IL3/H if housing density was increased. This would have the added benefit of providing more affordable housing.
