As a local resident on the Scalebor Estate i strongly object to the proposed development , The main issues are increased strain on road and rail services, the fact that the land is part of the green belt and the current owner of the land is not allowed to let it be used for any other purpose than grazing without the agreement of the Scalebor residents. I am 100% certain this will never be agreed to
