This is a greenfield area and should remain as such. Access via Bingley Road would mean further traffic disruption in the area. Access via Branksome would cause significant disruption due to the width of road, congestion and increased pollution. There are no local amenities to support an increase in housing: no public buildings such as churches, mosques etc, no shops, no pubs.
