Representation Summary:

110 houses is completely excessive for all the reasons set out above in relation to sun lane. In addition this development is even less well considered as planning permission was recently rejected for one single dwelling to be converted here (2 Conisborough Close) due to representations made about the access road off Ron Lawton Crescent, and various tree preservation orders. I am at a loss to understand how planning permission for one conversion and extension be initially rejected but 110 houses can be proposed.
