Representation Summary:

As a local resident on the Scalebor Park Estate, I also believe there will be great disruption, unnecessary wear and tear on our infrastructure, and potential safety hazards – both noise and traffic pollution – to the residents (particularly the young children) due to heavy duty machinery and vehicles that would be required to access the site for the development. Most residents on the Estate currently have at least one car – the parking and access issues are currently just manageable - the potential increase in vehicular access to the Estate I believe would compound tis problem and again significantly increase the safety risks, the noise and pollution levels. The development would also cause the destruction/loss of mature trees and the natural habitat of wildlife in the area and potentially affect the quality of life for existing residents and also potential value of their homes.
