The land would provide family housing in a highly sought after area in close proximity of public transport and easy links to Bradford and Leeds would allow young professional families to continue living in the Bradford District whilst travelling to work in city centres. The development would provide a great place to bring up a family with green space and plenty of schools nearby.

The site is not useable by the public for recreation, walking as it is private land and is not visible by anyone apart from the houses that run alongside it (Branksome Drive), I see no reason as to why this isn't a suitable plot for the much needed housing in this sought after area.
