Representation Summary:

There is no access from Harrowins Farm Drive, the actual access would be from one, or both, cul-de-sacs off HFD. Houses were bought there 3 years ago or less believing they were in a cul-de-sac, not a thru-road for 40 houses and likely 80+ cars, residents were all assured at the time of purchase that the land in question was unsuitable for building on. It is also classed as green-belt, if the golf club is also to be developed in future it will be houses as far as the eye can see with no place for wildlife.
