I object strongly to any consideration to any plans to build on this land, the area is prone to heavy flooding.

The misery the floods of October 2000 and boxing day 2015 caused the residents of this area is testament to that, I fully appreciate the need for more housing to be constructed but surely there is more suitable brownfield areas in Shipley that aren't likely to flood or more likely create a concrete water sluice straight towards the swollen river Aire, when in flood, causing even worse local flooding than we've had before.
