Representation Summary:

QB4/H is only accessable through Queensbury golf club car park or via the new Bellway estate recently completed. Accessing a new site through this small development would not be acceptable to its residents. Land at Queensbury Golf Course should be allocated for housing development. The site has suitable access from the main road with room in the car park for storage of building materials/facitities. There is no difference in the location and sustainability of the golf course site and QB4/H.
The Town Centre High Street, Tesco Store and associated bus services to Bradford and Halifax are all less than a 10 minute walk away. Schools and medical centres are available within less than a 20 minute walk at 1.2km away. There is also a bus stop located directly outside of the site. The use of QGC would also allow access to QB4/H.
