I object because there will be a loss of habitat and agricultural land, ground stability and drainage - heightened flood risk due to trees and fields soaking up water and mitigate flooding, a lack of infrastructure, transport links, such as public transport, walking and cycling, inability to cope with traffic volumes, linking to highway safety, added air pollution caused by vehicular traffic, it will be increasingly hard to enter and exit Branksome drive/grove due to traffic from new developments, the loss of engagement with wildlife, the inevitable increased river levels will impact quicker and harder which will affect people in the area more.
