I object new developments in the area due to a heightened flood risk, a loss of natural views, inability to cope with traffic volumes as there will be more frequent traffic coming from the new developments, the loss of wildlife which will come with new developments as there are lots of rabbits, foxes, deer etc, the bigger impacts which will come with the increased river levels which will affect innocent people more, the proximity of the Saltaire World Heritage Site as this area is within the protecting buffering zone, and also the effect it will have on the accessibility to Branksome Drive, as it is already hard enough to enter and exit this road and with new developments it will cause it to be more difficult.
