I personally object new developments in this area as it will have a lot of negative impacts on the people living here, the wildlife/environment surrounding and also the traffic flow. For example new developments would cause the flood risk to heighten due to the high river levels in wet seasons, which will negatively affect the people living here and the environment in the fields etc. There is also a lot of wildlife and natural views which will be taken away with new developments being put in the area and lastly there is the risk of heightened traffic, making it harder to enter and exit Branksome Drive/Grove as it’s a narrow road and hard to enter and exit currently already.
