In summary, as a local resident, I object for the reasons outlined above and in particular access to the site. Our own access drive, Highlands, is totally unsuitable due to the lack of sufficient visibility splays onto Moor Lane and the fact it is in private ownership. I also have grave concerns relating to my private garden being overlooked by the numerous new houses that would be built. Also, I feel the demolition of such an imposing and historical house is totally unacceptable. The history of Scalebor House dates back as long as the hospital itself if not further. Traffic Generation on the already busy Moor Lane and lack of local amenities, in particular schools, if also of concern. Therefore the development of this site for residential purposes is not considered to be a suitable, available or deliverable option
