I object to building on this area because once again an area with a risk of flooding has been chosen. Ilkley is a beautiful town and this particular area is highly visible and pleasant to the eye, but a sorry housing estate with flooding issues would somewhat diminish the view. The Green Belt should be protected, not built upon. Schools in the area are oversubscribed, particularly secondary schools.
