I am concerned about the dangers an increase in traffic poses. The proposed development will also impact people's privacy as it will back onto back gardens. It will also result in the loss of wildlife habitats and natural views. The proposed development will affect the ground stability and drainage which will result in a heightened flood risk. Thank you in advance for taking these views into account and I hope they will persuade you to consider the negative impact the proposed development will have on our existing homes.
