I would like to object to these plans due to the hugely detrimental effect these additional properties and their potential residents would have on the already awful traffic situation we are all dealing with in this area. There simply isn't adequate infrastructure to support the number of residents and vehicles that would come as part of this development. Also the positioning of the land would mean a lot of existing properties would be overlooked and would therefore lose their privacy and daylight hours due to the development. There is also a large variety of both common and rare wildlife living in this area that would lose a vital part of their home.
