The site would be unobtrusive and would not affect the local residents and visitors to the local area. The local area has excellent access and egress from the main road network. It would provide a pleasant place for young families to live and grow but needs a range of housing to cater for all budgets. It provides access to local green spaces and areas of interest and beauty which all the population should have access to.
