The site is an ideal location to provide an excellent place for residents to live.
It has good access to green space and recreational areas which will improve quality of life with affordable housing, it would be ideal for young families to prosper and thrive.
It would not impact on sensitive areas such as Saltaire WHS and would spoil visitors to the areas enjoyment as uch of the site is in an area not visible from the local woods and canal etc..
