This would make a lovely area for a housing development. It has excellent traffic links and access to areas for recreation and leisure activities.
With the right housing it would provide homes where families can enjoy growing and developing.
Despite been a lovely area, developing the site would not impact greatly on the local residents as it has natural barriers and boarders that break up the area.
