The area has seen a lot of residential development over the years.The loss of green spaces which adds to the overall attractiveness of Apperley Bridge is affected.We as a family will be negatively impacted by a development at the rear of our property due to: loss of light & overshadowing, overlooking, loss of privacy, loss of visual amenity due to properties built substantially above us.We have already felt the affects from the above development at West Wood Fields.Developing the area could also affect our retaining wall & consequently water issues in our gardens due to loss of land.We are at the bottom of the gradient of a substantial amount of properties above us with a lot of green space gone.Further highway safety issues, further traffic generation, further noise & disturbance. POLLUTION! Loss of trees/wildlife & there are a multitude of different wild animals that use & live in that land.
