There is too much road traffic on Apperley Bridge already.
There has been hundreds of new houses built in the area in the last couple of years any more will be detrimental.
We are running out of Green Land in the area. Apperley bridge is becoming a concrete jungle.
Broadband is already poor in the area.
There are extremely poor bus links in the area.
there is not enough infrastructure in the area to support more houses (Shops
due to the elevation any houses built would completely overlook the houses below.
