The proposed development will be the fourth new development on this 900yd radius. There are limited local support services and no investment is being made to support the local community. This stretch of road has been a building site for the past 10 years. It will have a devastating impact on the few remaining green spaces in this area. The noise and pollution and impact to the water covert and canal, and wildlife will be impacted. Whilst more and more people will have to work from home, you will be condemning us all to having to work on a building site, with constant beeping and pollution. The houses below the planned site will be impacted by the noise more so. We don’t need more houses in this tiny village that doesn’t even have a local shop.
