1. There is NO gated access to the SOUTH into CROSS LANE also there is no beck to the West. Do the planning know the points of a compass.?
Cross Lane is to the EAST of the proposed land grab and the beck is to the NORTH.
2. As this is private land and I understand that the deceased owner left in his will that the land could not be Sold, Built on or any thing else other than Grazing.
3. Is it planned to grab this land from relatives of the late owners?
4. How about land on Harry Lane which is off Hebden road.
