There is no mention of traffic issues by developing this site and this does not seem to have been taken into account. Access and entry to the site would be from the A65 which is a very busy road, blocks at peak times and is almost impassable when problems occur on the A59 such as the recent landslips. Thus there will be an increase in cars using the road and a significant potential for accidents by residents turning into and out of such a development.
