There is higher value Green Belt which deserves protection, but other which do not and could be developed. Exceptional cases should be considered for them.

This is an ugly site and at the western entrance to Ilkley. It would surely benefit from development and is especially suited to low level, smaller high quality stone farm style accommodation perhaps aimed at the downsizing market. It is less suited to affordable housing.
