I support this because it would make a lovely area for a housing development and would provide a fantastic place for young families to grow and thrive.
This could be developed without impacting on nature and the wildlife as it is not a very sensitive area.
The site is not overly visible from the majority of the existing local residents or the passing traffic.
This can be achieved by utilising existing woodland barriers and further enhancement of green space.
It is also a low flood risk location which is an important consideration.
The site has excellent access to main transport with the aire valley trunk road and public transport.
It would also ease the pressure on densely populated areas which can benefit from their own green space development.
