Lack of infrastructure in the area- schools full, poor access to public transport, GPS dental practices can’t take patients. No shops nearby so more car use. Parking issues. Flooding risk, change of use of culverts( unlikely to cope with volume of water)Traffic issues regarding congestion, safety ( creating rat runs)parking( already difficult and will hinder access by emergency services)pollution issues( clean air zone). PHE directive ignored( green space preservation)Threat to wildlife - (bats habitat.) loss of engagement and use of space for existing community.Carbon footprint issues in time of climate emergency.
