Representation Summary:

In summary this site is not considered to be a suitable, available or a deliverable option on the grounds of land ownership, access, housing need and Green Belt considerations and I strongly object to the proposals for any residential development on the site. There is a restrictive covenant on the title constraining the subject site to use as grazing land, there is no viable access solution and the site meets 3 of the 5 Green Belt criteria with no exceptional circumstances for Green Belt release.
As a local resident I object strongly to the proposed development due to increased traffic including all the additional deliveries and visitors generated which would create significant danger to residents and children, the tree protection orders in place on Scalebor Park Close /Ron Lawton Crescent. The restrictive covenant is significant and should also protect wildlife as I regularly see wild Roe Deer grazing.
