MAP IS IN ERROR. 'CONISBOROUGH CLOSE' IS WRONGLY IDENTIFIED AS 'RON LAWTON CRESENT'.
Clarification is required as to where the proposed site access would be. The site location within document BU2/H states 'to the west(Ron Lawton Crescent)'
Is the proposed access off Ron Lawton Crescent or Conisborough Close?
However, wherever the access is, I have concerns about the increase in local traffic movements around the Scalebor roads
which were not designed for this volume of traffic. Particularly, the junction off Ron Lawton Cresent and John Gilmour Way.
Additionally, this is a greenbelt site which supports numerous wildlife habitats, including deer,foxes and red kites. This development
will have a damaging impact on the ecology of the area.
