I support the hierarchy of reuse. I do not support an incinerator in Keighley. There needs to be more education and incentive for people to reuse and recycle. We seem way behind other countries in this respect. There is also a massive issue of people dropping litter and fly tipping. It is an actual disgrace and is getting worse.
