Since 2013 Cullingworth has witnessed an exponential increase in its housing stock by a further 306 homes, (some still in the process of being built and occupied), with the consequential extra burden placed on the infrastructure of the village.

We refer to item 4.47 – CO2: Community and Health Facilities. We are very concerned that the existing infrastructure will not have the capacity to cope with even more increased development over the next few years and we request assurances that improvements to the infrastructure of our village will be aligned with current and future development as stated in 5.19.27.
