I am objecting to this proposal for many reasons. Building here would take away village green space which is essential to keeping the village feel and beauty of Oxenhope. Driving down into the village from Marsh it is the only open green space and needs to be kept. I am concerned about the wildlife as I often see deer coming from the station and across this field. Not only deer but other wildlife use these fields and the hedgerow where you see lots of birds. The view from the station up to the moor is stunning and if built on would be lost forever. I truly believe that the feel of the village, the appearance of the village, the views and the care and respect for wildlife would be changed dramatically if this site gets built on and I feel really strongly that it would be a big mistake.
